3. Client Engagements

If you engage us as a client, the relationship will be governed by a signed service agreement or contract, which will outline scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables, and these Terms, which apply to your use of our website and related services.

You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver services effectively. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if contractual terms are breached, payments are not made, or cooperation is lacking.

All intellectual property produced for clients is owned by AI Saige until full payment is received, after which ownership is transferred as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Hiring and Applicants

If you apply to work with us, you agree to participate in our hiring process, which may include AI-powered resume screening, AI Voice Screenings where you will interact with an AI voice agent, and recording of these screenings for internal hiring review.

By submitting your application, you consent to the use of AI tools and recording of interviews as part of the recruitment process.

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our hiring process at any time.

5. AI Tools and Recordings

Some of our Services involve the use of AI-powered systems, including chatbots, text-based AI assistants, and voice agents. By interacting with these systems, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be communicating with an AI-powered assistant rather than a human representative.
  • Your conversations may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, service improvement, or contractual purposes.
  • After submitting a form on our website and opting in, an AI assistant may contact you via text message to assist with your inquiry.

Recordings and conversation logs may be stored securely and accessed by authorized personnel only. You are responsible for any information you choose to share during these interactions.

6. Text Messaging / SMS

By opting in to receive text messages from AI Saige, LLC through our website, forms, or other opt-in methods, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: You authorize AI Saige, LLC to send you automated text messages at the phone number you provide. After you submit a form and opt in, an AI assistant will reach out via text to assist with your inquiry. You may also receive follow-up communications related to your request.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at contact@aisaige.io.
  • AI Disclosure: Text messages may be generated by an AI assistant. By opting in, you acknowledge that you may be communicating with an AI-powered system.
  • Consent Not Required for Purchase: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AI Saige, LLC.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: AI Saige, LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
  • No Sharing of Opt-In Data: We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in consent or phone number to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality of our Services—including AI models, text, graphics, logos, icons, and code—are owned by or licensed to AI Saige and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our materials without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, analytics tools, hosting services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific expectations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
